I have developed a nanocomposite of two different systems. Individually, one of the systems is a good T1 contrast agent and the other is a good T2 contrast agent. Interestingly, both of them share a common magnetic metal element Mn. The T2 system also contain an additional magnetic metal element Fe.

Now, if I have to calculate the r1, r2 values from metal concentration (mM) variant relaxation rate, concentration of what I should consider in each case? Don't forget the fact that they share a common element Mn

.

If my question is not clear enough, I am ready to illustrate more.
