I usually do 5 measurements with 10 acquisitions each time to get size distributions for a sample. However, I am curious about the intrinsic resolution of the instrument (I use a Wyatt DyanaPro Nanostar). For example, if I do a measurement now, I get a value of 80 nm diameter and after an hour when I repeat the measurement, I get a value of 90 nm. Does this mean, the sample is aggregating, or is it just within the error limits of the instrument?
