We work on dielectric composites and we want to investigate impact of the crystallinity in dielectric properties.
XRD patterns show that peaks intensities increase with the increase of particles loading. Both peaks corresponding to the crystalline phases of polymer and particles appear in patterns. Which peaks intensities can I use, those of polymer or particles or a summation of the both?

I'm not sure to well understand your request. Do you want to know the crystallinity of your sample? But in this case you should compare the crystalline and the amorphous component present in your patterns. It seems that the polymer and particles are crystalline so in this case they both contribute to the crystallinity.

If you want to study the cristallinity (probably the crystallinity of polmer) effect on dielectirc properties of your polymer-particle system, you should take care of the polymer peaks (amorphous and crystalline).
As per my understanding, I think first you need to determine the crystalline phases of the crystalline polymer itself under similar conditions of experiment. Moreover, you also determine the dielectric properties of the same polymer materials. Then you determine the crystallinity of your loaded particles of ceramic by substracting the crystalline phases of polymer from the XRD pattern of the composites. You can also find out the dielectric properties of such composites materials. In this way I think you can determine the effect of the crystallinity of the polymer as well as the crystallinity of the ceramics particles on the dielectric properties.
You need to take XRD pattern of individual polymer as well as ceramic. The effect of loading can be concluded from comparing with the composite. There may be shifts in the peak positions and intensities of XRD pattern as well as changes in the dielectric constant. Individual dielectric evaluation is also needed to correlate with the loading.
You can do search match method to both polymer and particle loading. After indexing polymer and particle individually, then you can discuss the contribution of each material in term of crystalline. I think you don't need the summation of peaks.
