The H2O2 concentration that you want to detect are relatively low. Although I’m not sure for this specific titration, the limit of the is usually in the order of mmol/l. Further, it should be noted that this method is not really specific for H2O2. In fact, KMnO4 will be able to oxidize all reductors in the solution.

In contrast, spectrophotometric methods for H2O2 detection are much more specific. Moreover, the detection limit is usually very low (in the uM range). To the best of my knowledge, lowest detection is achieved with the titaniumsulphate method (2uM). I have also a good experience with the metavanadate method, although the limit of detection is much higher (143 uM).

Hello, I suggested used redox titration method to find the concentration of H2O2 ... Please, calibrate the KMnO4 solution more one times.....

Thanks for the suggestion Luma M. Ahmed, As the concentration limit is very low we also have to prepare KMnO4 solution at very low concentration to titrate , Is that okay to prepare very low concentration of standard solutions.. Kindly advise
