Dear all,
I am looking for a model to determine the permittivity of copper and other metals at microwave frequencies.
Thank you
There is bunch of methods to extract permittivity of materials but I think this one is appropriate.
You'll find it in this paper.

Good luck,
At microwave frequencies the dielectric properties of copper are overwhelmed by the conductivity to the extent that they can't readily be observed.
A.C. Marvin May I know, how to determine wavelength-dependent conductivity of copper?
Here is an old but reliable method
