I have a question about how to determine the nature of data from its sample set over a period of year.
i.e. i have a sample size from last one year and no. of variables in it are five and all the inputs are of different nature. so how can i feed these data to my simulink model choosing the nature of all these individual variables.
i am unable to predict the nature of these data set as a mathematical function.
my problem lies in not being able to choose the right kind of source block for my simulink model for the data set which varies between 10 and 40 and the sample size is 365..

I suggest you use the 2D block Lookup Table.
Perform n-dimensional interpolated lookup table Including index searches. The table is a sampled representation of a function in N variables. Breakpoint sets Relate the input values to positions in the table. The first dimension corresponds to the top (or left) input port. (Description of function)
