I want to find out min. generator temperature required for given evaporator temperature for LiBr-Water refrigeration system. Suppose for 1 TR system, i want to attain 5 C temperature in evaporator than what should be temperature of generator, if evaporator temperature is 10 C than what should be temperature of generator. Is there any method/procedure by which we can get idea about min. generator temperature(cut off temperature) required for various evaporator temperature?
hi dear, the easiest way to perform this parametric analysis is to use TRNSYS program. in which you can change the chiller inlet hot water temperature and observe the change in outlet chilled water temperature.
some researchers have observed it by experimental work also but simulation is easier.
