I am screening a bacterial strain that can protecting rice seedling from Burkholderia glumae infection. I want to know what kind of the biocontrol mechanism of strain that positively protect the rice seedling from the infection. Is there is any screening methods to determine the biocontrol mechanism? Thank you.

You are certainly right, my reply was very simple, such as look at this. As I know for this kind of studies, you can not find absolutely proper or matching work. You can follow similar works and you should try your findings a lot of times in vivo, then perhaps under controlled conditions. You should find your way from the general and similar studies. I hope it makes yourself useful.
