Determination of fertilized eggs is commercially important. For example, in ostrich poultry the benefit of detecting fertilized ostrich eggs allows you to keep them for a generation and sell rest (the unfertilized ones). Also in some scientific research it's important to detect fertilized eggs in oviparous species. How can we separate fertilized eggs from unfertilized eggs in oviparous species like hens or ostrichs? Is it possible now to detect? Which techniques do you suggest for this research? What's your ideal plan for determination?
