If you have already your Chip Seq Data sets I can recomend the bioinformatic tool eaSeq, it`s a freeware open source tool. I think it`s easy to handle an offers a lot of visualisation tools. And there are already online tutorials an other assistance which can help you with the start of the program if you are not familiar with it.
