Very recently we have installed Illumina MiSeq installed at our institution main laboratory. I want to use it for microbiome study. Previously we used to get our samples sequenced from a commercial vendor. Now I do not know where to start with.

Can you suggest me simplest way to construct Primers for v3 region of 16S rRNA.
