As we know that wind is continuously varying in nature, so, the PMSG output voltage could be varying in these scenario how to design a DC-DC converter to get 339 volt constant DC output.

Nasreddine Attou thank you sir for your valuable reply, but I am little bit confused because the wind speed will vary and due to this the PMSG output voltage will also go up or down based on wind speed then the DC-DC converter has to behave as buck or boost converter to output constant DC output, so in this situation how we should proceed the designing and controlling of the DC-DC converter.
