As you know interview need a lot of time to conduct and to analysis, from your experience how can we minimize the time and effort using e- interviews?
It would depend on the nature of subject under study, the kinds of variables under observation, and time period within which the study is to be completed.
E-Interviews can be more protocol based with limited questions, that will enable to review the profiles better. Gather questions around mandatory, desired and preferred skills and design the questionnare, however be mindful of the time that an applicant would require to spend for answering the same, the longer the questionnare the higher the possibility of candidate not applying.
