There is an ambiguity in your question, if You want to discharge the capacitor after 100V, then it will never charge to 150V.

Md Abdul Raheman Thanks for your reply. I wish to correct myself. The capacitor will face a voltage peak upto 150V across it. but it should start discharging when it crosses 100V.
