I know , MoS2 can be deposited using CVD technique. But actually I want to know the transfer procedure of exfoliated MoS2 layers/flakes from solution to any substrate.
There's a way of transfering using PMMA to "grab" MoS2. Changing its substrate, then use acetone to remove the PMMA.

i am also working on this field can i transfer grafene monolayer(0.34nm) on mololayer of MoS2 ?
Akash Srivastava. To produce few-layers heterojunction (like 1L Graphene/1L MoS2) I suggest stamping techniques.
To do this you will need a micro-positioning station and the help of a microscope.
