I am designing a tipping problem in which based on these 5 linguistic variables: Quality , Staff and Service ,Ambiance, Hygiene and , Value for Money, ( each having 4 values : Excellent , Good , Avg , poor),

the system should present the output that what should be the nature of the tip I have to give for my meal at that particular restaurant i.e. whether my tip should be High , medium or Low in terms of money , considering the 5 linguistic variables.
