How to define MoO3 layer as an HIL in OLED structure with silvaco Atlas?

I'm simulating an OLED using the Atlas module in the SILVACO TCAD platform, and I tend to define a MoO3 as a HIL. How can I define this layer in my OLED structure? Can I define the mobility model as Poole-Frenkel model?
