You need to choose viscoelasticity material from the menu under the linear elastic material from solid mechanics interface. After, you can select the shift-function of thermal effects (Williams-Landel-Ferry, Arrhenius or user-defined) and material model from viscosity model settings (4 types in COMSOL).

it's kind of you to answer this question. Actually i really don't understand how much accuracy can COMSOL achieve in defining viscoelastic material using kelvin-viogt model. I've added storage module\loss module\viscosity\relaxation time values in equation view of the viscoelastic material , but the output solution didn't suit the experiment well. So can you give me some advice?
