I'm modeling inflation of a polymer sheet under a constant pressure load. i wrote UMAT for viscoelastic behavior of the polymeric sheet. My constitutive equation holds for low strain rates in the range of 0.001-0.5 so pressure must applied to the sheet in a way that cause strain rate in this range in the sheet. I have tried abaqus amplitudes and used UAMP for defining amplitudes for pressure but strain rate magnitudes don't remain in the specified range and changes during the analysis. Could you anyone kindly help me in defining a proper amplitude for pressure?

The sheet has rectangular shape and its dimensions are 380*140 mm. I modeled a quarter because of the symmetry.
