Hello.

I'm trying to correlate concentration of aflatoxin in Pecan nuts and counts of aflatoxigenic moulds. The problem is that only 25% of the evaluated samples have values above quantification limits for aflatoxins, so in my understanding, I have 75% of missing data.

I've been reading and have found several strategies like removing data, equals data to zero, calculate a constant (LOQ/2), use LOQ. I can´t figurate yet which is the best option among these and don´t know if there are others. Any advice is welcome.
