Do you try with a laser cutting process?

Not yet... I just tried with scissors... Is there any easier way than laser cutting? Thanks.

When people use a scissor, the blades cutting with a rotate movement. May be, you can try to use a ruler as guide, and a cutter to cut the mica. In this case, the bending effect disappear, and may be, the cracks too.

No, really no, but I have the intution that the cutting with the cutter asisted by a rule may be good. It wil be important to make pressure with the ruler, previous to make the cut.
