Datafiles of two different periods are attached herewith i.e. File1.nc and File2.nc
Please help me to plot the p-value < 0.5 on the map with shades.
I have tried it using the attached data and script file.
But it is not working.

Maybe you found a solution already, but if not, a simple way to do this is using 'gsn_contour_shade':
