If an anaerobic glove box is available, that might be a good solution. If not, how about getting a nitrogen gas cylinder of the desired purity and flushing the chamber you will use initially and then continuously if needed? Good luck!

You can have a nitrogen atmosphere through a pipe connect to nitrogen tank. For incubating, close in the container with parafilm under nitrogen flow.

If you do not have a glove box, there are large sealable plastic bags available which you can purge with nitrogen gas into. A detector can be used to monitor the oxygen content inside the bag.

There are several options. You could use a nitrogen gas cylinder or cryonic liquid nitrogen to create the nitrogen atmosphere. A glove-box is preferable of course. To maintain said atmosphere, you can use a suitable container and a regulator to control the flow of gas.

Remember to take safety precautions as well, nitrogen gas displaced breathable oxygen.
