I have obtained this error during amber file preparation:
FATAL: Atom .R.A does not have a type.
FATAL: Atom .R.A does not have a type.
FATAL: Atom .R.A does not have a type.
Failed to generate parameters
Parameter file was not saved.
Quit
Therefore, I am trying to create new atom types. I am using dock 6. Could you give me a hint about how can I modify the leaprc.dock.user file to create new atom types?
I would really really appreciate your help!

Hi Stellamaris,
You should delete all H atoms of receptor.pdb before amber file preparation.
