How to create a lammps data file or pdb file for PDMS crosslinked membrane?

Hello,

I would like to develop a crosslinked PDMS membrane. I have only the monomer of a single PDMS monomer unit of its united atom model. I would like to know by which software I can create the crosslinked PDMS membrane?

Please let me know any of the suggestion or website that have detailed instructions.
