I was trying to calculate the radial distribution function by Lammps in between the moving particle (suppose an ion) and static particle ( suppose a wall). However, I couldn't find any result. I was wonder why RDF couldn't work although it was worked perfectly for the calculations of two moving particles ( suppose ion and water).
It would be really helpful if anybody help with explanations or references. Thanks.

I think it is possible to calculate but the result will be the same as the ion concentration profile. For more info you can see this book:
