How to count number of coral colony using CVT method?

I used CPCe software to analyze Coral Video Transect (CVT) images. However, the only information I obtained from the Excel file summary was the percentage cover of benthic communities. How do I determine the total colony number at the surveyed site? Do I count them manually from each of the images?
