Any nmr processing software, as mentioned above. Mestrenova is not free but very user friendly. Topspin is the standard, best suited for processing data collected on a Bruker instrument. Another free option is SpinWorks. Search for it. There's also ACDlabs software.
I am alarmed by Mayank Joshi's comment. Scientific software has a small market and relies on people paying for the software to support its development. Downloading illegal copies (and even worse, encouraging others to do so) is bad for the whole scientific community. I hope that his university persuade him of the error of his ways.
