I have a radial diffraction profile of X-ray on a thin wood sample (figure below). I want to calculate microfibril angle using the data of this graph.

1- According to Tabet and Aziz (2013), I should draw three lines (the baseline, Tangent of inflection point, vertical line) and calculate T parameter, then put T parameter in Cave (1968) or Yamamoto et al (1993) formula. Is there any software to automatically draw these three lines and extract T parameter?

OR

2- Should I necessarily change current radial diffraction profile to azimuthal diffraction profile? If so, how can I perform azimuthal integration based on these data?
