In the MATLAB simulation model of any power system model taken from www.mathworks.com, the parameters of power system components like generator, transformer, transmission line, load etc are set according to 60 Hz american standard, how to convert parameters of all power system equipments from 60 Hz american standard to 50 Hz european standard. Is there any procedure or empirical formula for this ?
I just want the clue or idea. I am not asking for an exact answer ?
There are no major differences between 50Hz and 60Hz and should not affect the operation of many electrical three-phase motors as far as I know!!

The per-unit system is widely used in the power system industry to express values of voltages, currents, powers, and impedances of various power equipment.
All power system equipments mainly transformers/induction motors and generators are working at designed constant flux density or could say constant V/f ratio. The iron loss of equipments consist of hysteresis and eddy current loss which depending on frequency or Wi=Wh+We=A(f)+B(f)(f), or though cooper loss could be same of equipments but the iron loss would increased with increased frequency. Method to find A and B constants of given transformer is explained in my answers. Generalized Software to find A and B constants of the equipments could be developed and used…….
Simply don't select the preset model for Asynchronous machine or transformer in MATLAB, rather select your own readings, there you can put 50Hz, manually instead of 60
