PVE300 Photovoltaic Device Characterisation System provides detector responsivity in unit A/W-nm in the graph Detector responsivity vs Wavelength. But actually by definition and also reported by the researchers in their journal in A/W unit. So, I would like to know how to convert detector responsivity from A/W-nm to A/W unit. Whether, I have to multiply the Wavelength axis to responsivity axis to get it converted and then plotting Detector responsivity vs Wavelength or something else i have to do.

In order to get the responsivity of the photodetector in A/V given the spectral response of the detector you need to Integrate the response curve across the light bandwidth say from wavelength lambda1 to lambda2.
So I= integral I(lambda) dlambda from lambda1 to lambda2.
But you have be aware that the responsivity obtained is valid for the specific bandwidth or the wavelength range in the integration.
