Firstly, thank for your contribution. Yes i saw that, but my issue is somehow different. I have used it to convert my original .tif to raster file. But when i change this .tif resolution (indeed i increase it from 30 to 500) and again use the procedure, the problem is appeared.

You can share subset of both the original and converted files .

Dear Hassan,

what's version of ArcGis?  Did you check the separator' settings of your PC. Sometimes "," and "." are a big problem with a simple solution.

*.asc files are a bit more sophisticated than ASCII. They have projection and behave like a regular raster. However, they can be converted in Arc Toolbox using the function in raster section: from ASCII to Raster
