How to control the droplet size at the electrode/electrolyte interface using solution flow type micro-droplet cell during area selective anodization?

How to control the droplet size during area selective anodizing when the droplet comes in contact with metal using SFMDC. Please see the attached image of droplet cell. Vaccum pressure is in between 70 to 85 KPa.

By controlling the distance b/w capillary tip and substrate, inlet flow rate, negative pressure, stage moving speed, diameter of capillary among others.
