Hello, I need to draw figure exactly like the ones below?
Is there software that can do that for me?
Even if not the same design, just the same idea. I can edit their design by myself.

Serial Cloner, WebDSV and Benchling are some packages than can generate linear and circular gene maps. I dont know whether the authors used a particular software to arrange them, but it is possible to make this graphic (minus the multiple alignment) using Adobe Illustrator. You will have to import a high resolution image of your multiple alignment into illustrator. If no one can suggest a better software, this is your best bet. Hope this helps.

You may also use the standalone SnapGene viewer software available from SnapGene website, and certain additional elements in the photograph can be added by either using Adobe illustrator or Corel Draw. Some free software are also available for vector drawing
