We have Aruba switches , in virtualbox one vm running with SDN controller and another vm running minnet topology we need to connect mininet switches with physical switch to make a topology. Anybody help us to configur, adapter setting and bridge configuration in detail.

First of all, I need a bit more of information about your hw setup, but I'm assuming you have a host with a number of physical interfaces, connected to physical switches, and then that host contains two VMs with the SDN controller and Mininet, is it so?
If it's like that, then you should activate as many interfaces in the Mininet VM as the ones you want to connect to the physical switch. Those should be bridged with your physical interfaces in the host containing the VM.
Finally, you just need to include something like this in your Mininet script for the topology:
_intf = Intf( intfName, node=switch )
where intfName is the name of your VM interface bridged in your host (like eth0, etc.) and switch is the name of the switch in your Mininet topology that you want to connect to the physical interface. Afterwards you run net.start() as usual and that's basically it.
(I've always worked with topology scripts in Mininet when connecting to a physical interface, but I don't know if there are further alternatives).

Thanks for your response Elisa, we have a setup like in a machine two vms one is for controller and another for mininet which is running tree topology with (7switch) above controller as a remote controller... and have a physical switch which is configer to connect to the controller... now we can see that 7 switchs and one physical switch in controller gui... i need to make a bridge between that physical switch to any one of the 7 mininet switch
You need to add the physical interface of the switch, e.g. "eth0, eth1" as a port to the OpenvSwitch bridge. The link below shows commands you can utilize to achieve the connection
