Is it required to have Laminate analysis of SHORT FRC? if YES, then What is the methodology?
How will I find the Orientation of fiber in the laminate and does the Orientation has any effect on Mechanical Properties (Strength and modulus along Longitudinal and traverse direction)?
This composite material (i.e. WR) generally assumed as isotropic material.

In practical is it really behave as isotropic? What are the relation values between E1, E2, E3 for short fiber reinforced laminates.
In practical the properties of E1 and E2 are almost same. But in E3 there is a small variation. It can be related with the Poisson's ratio. We know that ratio of Poisson's ratio/ Young modulus is constant.

To get the specimen from molded sheet we can take specimen along 1 and 2 direction. How to get specimen along thickness to test E3?

Laminate analysis is not possible for short Natural fiber reinforced Polymer Composites. Generally these analysis are performed in unidirectional and bidirectional fiber composites.
