Systematic reviews are an established evidence synthesis methodology and are detailed in a range of publications. Moderate to high quality systematic reviews can be viewed in the Cochrane Library. The quality of Cochrane systematic reviews are typically better than non Cochrane systematic reviews because of the requirement to attempt to remove bias.
