I want the stress strain behavior output by using the LAMMPS code. I have taken a specific size (100 x 50 x 100) size dimension of CuZr metallic glass with r (fcc) =3.61. the specimen was performed quenching with temperature from 300 to 2300 and then hold and quenched. By output, I plotted the variation in temperature w.r.t. time and volume w.r.t. temperature curves. Now how to calculate the stress strain behavior? What modification in code are to be done or whatever the easiest way is there, please suggest me.
