Suppose we have a cascade verification system which is constituted from 2 different verification system.
I can compute FMR,FNMR and TMR for both sub-systems but how can I compute Error rates and plot ROC curve for the overall system?
the Scores of both subsystems are in different ranges.

You can do that by firstly calculating the FMR and FNMR of the last decision of your system. Then you can establish a relationship between them and get the Equal Error Rate (ERR).
@ Raid Al-Nima: if there is a fixed threshold for both systems i can do it but if I want to plot the ROC curve I need to do it for difrerent values of threshold, and because my system contains two sub-systems, and these thresholds are different I don't know how to plot the roc curve!!!!!!
Basically, you have to connect the both systems and established one dicision. In this case you can draw through ROC curve for the full system.
