Unless you can use some Chromatographic method of a trap and elute technology, that's tough.  DMSO will not "just" evaporate if left in the hood and a rotary evaporator is unlikely to remove it also unless every seal is tight and you have a high end vacuum pump.  The BP of DMSO is 189°C at atmosphere, but only 40°C at 2mbar (40 being typical bath temp on a RV).   it's a great solvent but  very difficult to remove as it tends to want to hold on to the sample.  I would look to an column type technology if you have one available.   Hope this helps.  Kind regards,

 I would do SGC either reverse column with C-18 or regular silica gel column should separate your compounds from DMSO. I have had several times DMF and DMSO mixtures with my compounds and able to separate it by SGC unless you recrystalize your compound from EtOH.
