I have done 16S rRNA sequence, phenotypic and biochemical characterization, FAME analysis.

16S rRNA sequence exhibited 98% similarity with prauserella corallicola, prauserella sp, prauserella endophytica etc

i have gone through the prauserella with different species in that i found that iso C16 , C16, C17.1 w6c was the major fatty acid but C 16 was found to be the major one for my organism.
