We are going to submit papers in two parts, which are related to each other to the same journal. In that, the question is how to cite a paper (for eg. Part-1) in other paper (Part-2) and vice versa.

Dear Dr. Arun Kumar V. V. Surisetty, I think is an unethical practice if you put an unpublished findings in the two papers same time. This may violate the copyright terms of agreement of most publishers. You will need to wait for one to be accepted before you can use it in the second paper.

You usually cite papers that have been published, so I think that you could cite paper 1 in paper 2 , but not vice versa. In part 2 you cite (Arunkumar, year, article title, part 1).
Generally a published/accepted paper is cited in a communicated manuscript.
So I suggest you to wait for the acceptance of your first paper (part I) and then you should communicate your second paper (part-II) in which you can cite your accepted paper (part-I).
I think it is not an acceptable practice to cite papers that are in the process of publication.
A paper that has not been published does really exist. I would think the closest and if the paper is a definitive researched paper, would be to state "unpublished'
