All what I can say is that we need to avoid those who publish in fake and predatory journals. Serious science and serious collaborations lead to nice papers in serious journals !

I usually meet people in confetences who like my research or I like their. Then we talk about possible collaboration.

You can search for foreign research associates in the Research Gate portal. I do not know a better research portal that would offer more and better functions to search for scientific publications, as well as search for science people, scientists, and researchers conducting research in specific scientific areas.

@Khalid El Bairi I fully agree with your response. We have to avoid predatory journals/publishers, they are ruining Science via many unaware authors especially in developping countries mainly in Africa! So sad!
At first you may have your own good scientific results.
