Currently, on CHELSA there are 5 models of future projection available. How to choose the best 3 of them? Are there any parameters that should be prefered when performing SDM on MAXENT (bioclim data)?
There are two parameters that I think may affect the reliability of MAXENT output. ECS (equilibrium climate sensitivity) or TCR (transient climate response). But I am not completely sure about it.
Any kind of help and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

If you can do, use all of them. But if you need to eliminate some, it depends on your aim. You can choose based on their ESC from low to high (1 low-ESC, 1 mod-ESC, 1 high-ESC). By the way, keep in mind that CMIP6 models have higher climate sensitivity than CMIP5 models in terms of both ECS and TCR.

When it comes to CMIP6 model reliability, one of the suggestions by the authors is to choose models with a TCR within the range of 1.4–2.2 °C, or with an ECS within the range of 2.5–4 °C.
