It seems an interesting question, although HBV (dsDNA) is not an essential virus  to induce the hepatocellular cancer as determined by newly developed PDMD method (see file HepG2 fucoidan).   Thus, HCC (hepatocellular carcinoma) is induced by co-infection or co-lysogenization of HIV(+ssRNA and retrovirus)/HCV (+ssRNA)/HAdV (dsDNA).   In rat hepatocellular carcinoma (RHCC) case, MLV (+ssRNA and retrovirus)/MHV(MCoV)(+ssRNA)/MAdV (dsDNA) may be induced by chemical stimuration by DEN (see file; Rat DEN paper).

However, HBV has been found only three cases of liver diseases by using PDMD method (see file; HepG2 fucoidan); i.e.,

Pseudo-liver cancer; DNA polymerase or Protein P (HBV; 287-).

HCC tissue with primary bilialy cirrhosis (PBC); DNA polymerase or Protein P(HBV; 665-).

HCC tissue of survived patient with HCV; Major surface antigen (HBV; 259-).

Hc (normal fetal liver cells), HepG2, one HCC tissue of leprosy patient, and 13 sera of non-cancer patients has no HBV.

The common protein at a glance is as follows; i.e.,

 CD44 antigen or GP90 lymphocyte homing/adhesion receptor  (Hyaluronate receptor; 481-) in Pseudo-liver cancer.

 CD30L receptor (Ki-1 antigen; Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily member 8; 296-) in HCC tissue with PBC.

  CD45 (Leukocyte common antigen, Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C, L-CA; 613-1304) in HCC tissue of survived patient.

However, HepG2, Hc, LC tissue (HCC patient with Leprosy), and LC tissue of survived patient show no this type of receptors at all.  

Therefore, this-type of  membrane receptor related to lymphocyte may be strongly co-linked with HBV.

Further, this method using new proteomics of PDMD method is so powerful that I have searched HAV (+ssRNA) specific protein expression.

HAV is only present in LC tissue with leprosy (Genome polyprotein) and HCC tissue with PBC (Genome polyprotein), and other 6 specimens has no HAV.

LC tissue with leprosy contains serotonin receptor 1F and  HCC tissue with PBC contains serotonin receptor 2A, but other 6 specimens do not contain serotonin receptor.

Therefore, membrane receptor of serotonin receptor seems to be strongly co-linked with HAV.

Furthermore, this proteomics of PDMD method is applied to search Bombyx mori densovirus (BmDNV; ssDNA) specific protein expression.

BmDNV is only present in LC tissue with leprosy (Nonstructural protein), and other 7 specimens have not BmDNV. 

Calcitonin receptor (CTR) is found to be specific to BmDNV infection.

PDMD method indicates as follows; i.e.,

Only  the pseudo-liver cancer patient has been induced Cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB-R; Marijuana (Cannabis sativa) receptor) by the Japanese encephalitis virus; +ssRNA).

Further, only one LC tissue (+HCV and survived) has L protein (Marburg virus; -ssRNA;  417-2331) and specifically linked to  the gene expression of Copper pump 1 (35.1 ug/mg of cell protein; 222-1500) and  Copper pump 2 (2.04 ug/mg of cell protein; 1201-1465).

Further, PDMD method indicates as follows; i.e.,

Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR, muscle-type) is induced by Human herpes virus 4 (EB virus; Epstein-Barr virus; HHV-4; dsDNA).

Furthermore, it is very interesting that chronic bacterial infection seems to induce the gene expression of the host eucaryotic cells.  

The chronic infection of  Mycobacterium leprae induces the gene expression of Oxysterol-binding proteins (ORPs).

Vivrio cholerae seems to induce Zinc finger proteins involved in transcriptional regulation, such as Zinc finger protein 787, Zinc finger protein 499, Zinc finger protein 263, Zinc finger protein 441, and Zinc finger protein 674.

Bacillus anthracis (n = 1) may induce Hemopexin,  MAP kinase-activating death domain protein, or Alpha-2-Macroglobulin receptor-associated protein. 

By the way, it is important of the presence of HIV/SIV in HCC to occur as declared previously (see file The Fascio effect).  

HCC tissue (with PBC) contains HIV-1, and expesses Tyrosine-protein kinase Abl1 (Abl = Abelson murine leukemia; 5.3 ug/mg of cell total protein) and Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase ErbB-2 (Erb = avian erythroblastic leukemia; 4.9 ug/mg of cell total protein).   Healthy of 4mo boy has HIV-1 and expresses  Mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein.

HCC tissue (with +HCV and survived) contains SIV, and expresses Tyrosine-protein kinase ITK/TSK (interleukin-2-inducible T-cell kinase/T-cell-specific kinase; 9.6 ug/mg of cell total protein).

Thus, HIV/SIV (simian immunodeficiency virus) induces the expression of the gene of Tyrosine protein kinase, although this induction per se is not poisonous to cancer patients; i.e., most poisonous molecule is Neuraminidase from NDV or FluB.

Furthermore, it is noteworthy that NDV and influenza B virus (FluB; -ssRNA) may induce the host metallo-aminopeptidase gene; i.e.,  Aminopeptidase PILS in HepG2 (-fucoidan; NDV) (when +fucoidan HepG2 does not produce aminopeptidase) and  Aminopeptidase N (GP150) in HCC tissue (with PBC; NDV) and in LC tissue (with Leprosy; FluB), respectively.

Therefore, these result indicates that the viral Neuraminidase of NDV or FluB together with the Metallo-aminopeptidase of the host cell induced by NDV or FluB co-operatively induces the death in the three sadly deceased HCC patients. 

Further, additional informations have been recently obtained; i.e.,

One human breat milk contains HHV-7, and the unique expression of IgD (Ig delta chain C regions and Ig kappa chain V-II region RPMI 6410) is observed. 

HHV-6 seems to induce Potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily F member 1, Potassium channel subfamily K member 1, Electroneutral sodium bicarbonate exchanger 1, and Inward rectifier K(+) channel Kir 2.4  (Energy-dependent membrane active-transport proteins). 

Mimivirus seems to express the transcriptional regulation protein such as Zinc finger protein 610, Scm-like with four MBT domains protein 2, Zinc finger CCHC domain-containing protein 4, Zinc finger protein 84, and Zinc finger protein 518 (Energy-dependent transcriptional regulation proteins).

Moreover, I have looked for the incursion by other bacterium and virus; i.e.,

Helicobacter pylori induces the proteins of fiber-like structures and of cell proliferation; i.e., Uncharacterized protein C9orf79, Uncharacterized protein C6orf167 (Human MMS22L), Uncharacterized protein C12orf64, Uncharacterized protein C9orf117, Uncharacterized potential DNA-binding protein C14orf106, Uncharacterized protein C22orf34, and Uncharacterized protein C18orf54.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) seems to induce some species of the protein kinases such as, Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor TIE, Relaxin receptor 2, TGF-beta receptor 1 and 3, Serine/threonine-protein kinase A-Raf, Growth hormone receptor, and Prolactin receptor type 2.

Furthermore, thanks to Dr. Shuaichen Liu (National University of Singapore,Singapore, Singapore), I have gotten these new findings as follows,

Measles virus (MeV ; -ssRNA; Genus Morbillivirus) seems to induce such a nucleus related proteins as Orphan nuclear receptor NR4A2, Nucleolin, and Nucleobindin.

Arenaviridae (-ssRNA) of Hepatitis delta virus（HDV）seems to induce CD40 ligand (TNF-related activation protein or necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 5).

Other arenaviridae of Tacaribe virus (TCRV; －ssRNA) seems to induce chemotactic factor for T-lymphocytes of C-C motif chemokine 17 (or Thymus and activation-regulated chemokine).  

Ebolavirus (Filoviridae; -ssRNA) seems to induce Low density lipoprotein related protein such as Low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein-associated protein 1 (LRP1, RAP or Alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor-associated protein) or Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 2 (or Megalin), and appearance of these proteins may be a serum marker of Ebola hemorrhagic fever (EHF).

Further, I have also found that animal retrovirus (non-simian retrovirus) controls the gene expression of the spliceosome-related proteins, although simian HIV or SIV induces the expression of the gene of Tyrosine protein kinase.

With respect to animal retrovirus, one serum (4mo, male, after biotin therapy, healthy) has Gag polyprotein (Koala retrovirus; 2.2 μg/mL), and specific gene expression of the U6 snRNA-associated Sm-like protein LSm4  (10.7 μg/mL) has been detected.   This patient has been diagnosed as healthy and not the immunodeficiency syndrome; i.e., major serum proteins of invaded microbes are Putative endonuclease FLJ39025 (Cajanus cajan; pigeon pea; plant; 22.2 μg/mL), Guanine nucleotide-binding protein alpha-2 subunit (Caenorhabditis elegano; nematode; 15.1 μg/mL), UPF0145 protein Pput_2816 (Pseudomonas putida; 14.0 μg/mL), and UDP-GlcDH (Escherichia coli ; 13.5μg/mL), and the level of retrovirus protein is low.

HepG2 (-fucoidan) has Envelope glycoprotein gp95 (Rous sarcoma virus; RSV) and expresses U4/U6,U5 tri-snRNP-associated protein 2, and fucoidan treatment represses the expression of this type of protein together with disappearance of retrovirus (see file HepG2 fucoidan).

In the liver biopsies (all the biopsies (n=5) show retrovirus), pseudo-liver-tumor has Pol polyprotein (BLV; Bovine leukemia virus) and shows U1 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein A, and LC tissue with Leprosy (with Avian rous-associated virus ( RAV ) ) and other an LC tissue has Virion infectivity factor (feline immunodeficiency virus; FIV) and expresses U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein B''.   Expression of these spliceosome-related proteins due to animal retrovirus seems not essential to induce the death of the cancer patients.

Further, I would like add the search results as follows,

HHV-3 (Varicella-Zoster virus) induces Immunoglobulin heavy chain-binding protein/Heat shock 70 kDa protein 5/78 KD glucose regulated protein/Endoplasmic reticulum lumenal Ca(2+)-binding protein grp78.   This protein is an autoantigen of rheumatoid arthritis.

HEV seems to induce Filamin 1/Endothelial actin-binding protein/Actin-binding protein 280.   This protein is linked to hearing loss and cleft palate.

HCV seems to excrete the membrane-bound EGF and EGF-receptor proteins into the blood.   Specific increases of EGF receptor/Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase ErbB-1, Epidermal Growth Factor/EGF, Epidermal growth factor receptor 5/EGFR-5, C-type lectin domain family 14 member A, and Epidermal growth factor-like 2/Cadherin EGF LAG seven-pass G-type receptor 2/Cadherin family member 10/Epidermal growth factor-like protein 2/ EGF-like protein 2/Flamingo homolog 3/Multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains protein 3/Multiple EGF-like domains in the HCV infected patients’ sera are observed.

Corynebacterium efficiens may induce the gene expression or may induce the exclusion of membrane protein Polycystin-2 into blood.   Light gait-disorder with light constriction of the visual field patient has this protein uniquely, together the Holliday junction ATP-dependent DNA helicase ruvA of Corynebacterium efficiens only in her serum.

Mycoplasma (Mycoplasma pneumonia, Mycoplasma capricolum, Mycoplasma pulmonis, and Mycoplasma genitalium are present in our serum specimens) seems to extrude from tissues into the blood such acetylation-related enzymes as ATP-dependent helicase CHD1/Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 1, Histone acetyltransferase MYST3, Retinoblastoma- binding protein 1-like 1/AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 4B, Gastric cancer antigen Ga19 /N-alpha-acetyltransferase 15, and PAF acetylhydrolase/ Platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase.

Bacteriophage

In the serum,

Enterobacteria phage T5 and Enterobacteria phage P1 seem to induce gene expression of Collagen alpha-1 (XVIII) chain, Enterobacteria phage T4 seems to induce Collagen alpha-6 (VI) chain, and Enterobacteria phage P22 seems to induce Collagen alpha-1 (XVII) chain/Linear Ig A disease antigen, respectively.

Plasmodium is present in two serum; i.e., gait disorder patient has Knob-associated histidine-rich protein (Plasmodium falciparum) and Dynein heavy chain 10 and Dynein heavy chain 5, and the excess of biotin patient (1y, female, biotin therapy for 44 w) has Histidine-rich glycoprotein (Plasmodium lophurae) and Cytoplasmic dynein heavy chain 1, respectively.   Plasmodium may excrete the dynein from erythroblasts into blood.   Therefore, invaded microbes may perform either on (1) the gene expression or on (2) the positional change (excretion from cell or cell membrane into blood).   Virus does (1) and bacterium and/or protozoa do (2), but HCV seems to do (2) exceptionally.  

Serum of the 4mo patient (male, biotin therapy for 13w; with gastrointestinal hemorrhage and deficient of vitamin K) has protozoa of Entamoeba histolytica (Galactose-inhibitable lectin 170kda subunit) and Normal mucosa of esophagus-specific gene 1 protein.   In this case, this protozoa of amoebic dysentery may have induced the excretion of gut protein of Normal mucosa of esophagus-specific gene 1 protein into the blood; i.e., situation (2) has been occurred.

Gait disorder patient has also a protozoa of Sodalis glossinidium (Recombination-associated protein rdgC) and Lectomedin-3/Latrophilin-3/Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor L3 in her serum.   Membrane protein of Lectomedin-3 may be excreted from CNS into the blood.   Then, the situation (2) has been occurred, too.

With respect to Low density lipoprotein receptor (LDL)-related protein-associated protein 1 /RAP/Alpha-2-Macroglobulin receptor-associated protein (with asialoglycoprotein receptor activity), Bacillus anthracis may be excreting this membrane protein from tissues.   On the other hand, Zaire-ebolavirus may induce the gene expressions of Megalin/Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor-related protein 2, and Sudan-ebolavirus may induce the Low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor-related protein associated protein 1/RAP.   Therefore, RAP is the serum marker of Bacillus anthracis or Sudan-ebolavirus infection, and Megalin is the serum marker of Zaire ebolavirus infection.

I have further found that in 26/08/2016.

One common cold patient has Brucella ovis ATCC 25840 (Malate synthase G) in her serum, and may detach Agrin into the serum.   Why she has been infected is not known, but she (1 y) may have visited to the zoo.

Further, even the fungus of Neurospora crassa seems to detach the membrane proteins related to myo-inositol metabolism such as GPI anchor attachment protein 1/Glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor attachment 1 protein and/or Sodium/myo-inositol cotransporter 2, and excrete these membrane proteins into the blood.

Dengue virus (DENV; +ssRNA) may induce gene expression of Nuclear pore complex protein Nup214/214 KD Nucleoporin/CAN protein in liver tissue.  But, this protein may become the serum marker is yet unknown.

Influenza A virus (FluA; -ssRNA);　

APC protein (Adenomatous polyposis coli protein) is induced in liver tissues by FluA (by Matrix (M1) protein, Neuraminidase, and RNA-directed RNA polymerase subunit P3, but not by Nucleoprotein and Hemagglutinin HA2), but this protein seems not to be excreted into the serum.   On the other hand, FluA seems to excrete or produce Complement factor B in the serum, and this protein seems to be the serum marker of FluA infection.

The LC liver (with Leprosy) possesses Mycobacterium leprae, and this bacterium also induces expression of Oxysterol-binding proteins (ORPs).   Further, this liver biopsy also possesses Wide host range VirA protein (WHR VirA; Agrobacterium tumefaciens or  the Ti plasmid (pTiC58; ring-type dsDNA)), and this plasmid also seems to induce expression of Alpha-Catenin and Beta-Catenin.   These induced proteins may co-operatively cause the symptoms of Leprosy (or Hansen's disease (HD)). 

Then, it is interesting that Japanese Crow has not yet infected the invading microbes in Japan (please see the song of Tarou Shoji https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H91vmQVLs3M

, and that Japanese Seaweed Mozuku (Japanese Fucoidan) has been found to be the wonder drug for cancer.

Serum and cells contain plant virus proteins; i.e., LC tissue with Leprosy has Genome polyprotein (Bean yellow mosaic virus) and RNA replicase polyprotein (Turnip yellow mosaic virus), serum of biotin deficiency (1y, therapy at 16w) has Genome polyprotein (Soybean mosaic virus), and these tissue and serum have Calcium-relatedprotein of Bone morphogenetic protein 1 (BMP-1) and Cysteine-rich motor neuron 1 protein, respectively.  

Further, plant proteins are detected in the serum; i.e., serum of biotin deficiency (1y, therapy at 44w) has 4-Diphosphocytidyl-2-C-methyl-D-erythritol kinase, chloroplast (Arabdopsis thaliana) and NAD(P)H oxidoreductase chain H, chloroplast (Arabidopsis thaliana) and this serum has Voltage-gated calcium channel subunit alpha Cav3.1, other serum of biotin deficiency (4mo, therapy 13w) has Putative endonuclease FLJ39025 (Cajanus cajan (pigeon pea)) and Ras-related nuclear protein 1 (Solanum lycopersicum (tomato)) and this serum has Calcium-activated chloride channel regulator 4, and the other serum of biotin deficiency (3y, before therapy; with GSD1b) has KDO 8-P synthase (Pisum sativum L.; Pea) and this serum has Calcium-binding mitochondrial carrier protein SCaMC-1, respectively.  

Therefore, plant virus and plant invaded into humans may change the gene-expression or may change the metabolism of the calcium-related proteins.
