Good question. It is really not easy to recognize all beliefs are inaccurate.
Beliefs based on conceptualization (abstraction) and reasoning (logic). Abstraction only captures some features of the realities, and leave out most of the other features of the realities. So conceptualization is actually a betray to realities, and mostly wrong. Logic, as demonstrated by Eugene Veniaminovich Lutsenko, is also not reliable.
So try to judge by perception instead of conceptualization, as peception is more near to reality than any beliefs.
