I'm working on a project on new technologies and energy management to get the most energy from natural sources that can change the global economy. So I invite all researchers working on new technologies and energy management to participate in this project.
This is interesting, but how other researchers suppose to contribute on this project?

The idea is to go towards building an international network to be run by a high-level international committee. This platform enables all researchers around the world to contribute to each one in their field. Coming soon I will give more details.
But don't such organisations exist already? There is IRENA (http://www.irena.org/) the International Solar Energy Society ( www.ises.org ) the International Solar Alliance ( isolaralliance.org ) the International Wind Energy Association ( www.wwindea.org ) and so on. What would be different about your idea?
This is an interesting project, energy management and energy efficiency is also linked directly with climate change which is a global issue. Providing researchers with more details will give a clear insight.
It is very hard to estimate value of natural resources since amount can't be determine with any significant method. I feel this a interesting project and it can answer manything such as How many people can live in this world? This can be estimate total energy resource divided by energy uses by one person. Since total energy is unknown so number of people that can servive is also unknown.
Even if you knew the exact amount of every single resource on the planet, you still need to be able to 'value' them. Now what do you mean by value? It is a multidimensional human construct and most people would place wildly different numerical figures on the various parameters associated with each resource. While this is an interesting project I don't see how you can complete it without assuming much of what you are trying to discover.

These international organisations exist but are not really effective. they are focused on limited projects that do not touch the different situations in the world.
So does not bring much for the world economy is especially for the underdeveloped countries
So the conversation went from new technology and energy ...... to
new management technology...... to what shall we count ..... to how can we possibly value what we count ...... it's not a good start people.

I made study on the expectation of the future use of renewable energy and how they can supply an appreciable fraction of the world wide demand. My expectation is that PV will share the largest portion after long term development similar to Moore law of the evolution of the integrated circuit.
So, my advise for the developed country is to develop their PV technology.
