How to change the discharge values in Mike 11 HD model?

I am doing a research related to runoff simulation using the Mike 11 HD model. I have a problem regarding the calibration of the model.

Can you clarify if Roughness Value in the HD Parameter Editor is the only parameter available for calibration.

Although I changed the roughness values, my Nash value(NSE) did not change. Why the simulated discharge values are not changing with manning's roughness coefficient?
