I have been confused by a problem for a long time. As we known, there are lots of people with the similar name, such as Li, Wang and L. Wang in reserchgate. So, the system will give a wrong author to our papers.
In my papers, one of my co-author is A. When i fill A as the co-author name, but the system gives me B co-author everytime. In fact, my co-author is A, not B. But they have the similar spell. For example, the name of A is Li, Wang, and the name of B is L. Wang.
How to solve this problem?

You can explain your correction to the "Help Center" clicking it at the bottom of any RG site page. They will correct it. You must give the title of article and the true authors for that.
RG does not allow its members to edit the author names. Mariano has correctly suggested to contact Help Centre.
