Please help me in understanding in an ulcer study in rats, stomach is excised and ulcers are counted. But, whether same stomach tissue after macroscopic examination should be used for biochemical assays. If yes, then whether it should be stored in -20 or -80 degree Celsius until assays are performed.If no then what is the procedure? Please advise me..
